All virtual conference attendees including authors, presenters, chairs, and session organizers must complete registration and make the appropriate registration fee payment. At least one author must register at the full registration rate (the Member/Author rate, not at the student rate) to attend and present at the virtual conference. Only 2 presentations are allowed per one full registration (Member/Author rate). Poster presentations or doctoral symposium presentations will not be counted towards this limit.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations and refund requests (for paid conference registrations) must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org by May 10, 2021 to receive a refund for the amount paid minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after May 10, 2021 are non-refundable.
All scheduled presentations must be formally presented via a 12 minute (maximum) pre-recorded video due on April 23, 2021.
